A new report published by MIT’s NANDA initiative, “The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business 2025”, finds that 95 percent of AI “pilots” show no measurable gains in productivity. Not only because the models misfire, but because they’re dropped in from above, never grafted onto the living fabric of work and everyday processes.
