The Use of Statistical Evidence in the Criminal Justice System
Talia Fisher is a Full Professor at the Tel Aviv University Law Faculty. Since joining the Faculty in 2004 she has written on Evidence Law, on the private supply of legal institutions, and in the area of empirical legal studies. She served as the Faculty’s Vice Dean for Research (2015-2017) and as the Director of Taubenschlag Institute of Criminal Law (2009-2013). Fisher has been a fellow at Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University (2013), a visiting scholar at Harvard Law School (2003, 2010, 2013), and a visiting professor at the University of Toronto School of Law (2009, 2017).
